My wife and I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Fred Schabot for all of the help he provided to us in selecting our new furnace and air conditioning unit.

Whenever I called Fred, he would answer all of my questions and if Fred was not in, he always got back to me promptly. Fred, also, was very helpful when it came to applying for the rebates from Bryant and Central Hudson. When it came to our getting a permit from the Town of New Paltz, Fred was able to give us the help and information that we were required to submit; making this process also very smooth and painless.

In the early stages of obtaining estimates and trying to decide who we should go with, it was Fred who stood out. Fred was very knowledgeable and professional with a very good attitude. He truly seemed to care about the customer. Meeting with Fred was the deciding factor for us and he gave us the confidence that “Lowe” would do a superior job.
